I have had an interest in art and design since I was very young.  I was fasinated with tattoos and ended up with a Saturday job in a tattoo studio in Clonmel.  I worked under Dave Leigh in Gothic Skin Art.  I showed such an interest in the tattoing process that I got my first tattoo machine after six months and became Dave Leighs apprentice.  In 2006 we set up Flaming Dice Tattoo and Piercing as business partners.  Then in December 2007 I opened a Flaming Dice Studio in Dungarvan.  After two and a half years I decided it was time to go out on my own.  So in September 2009 the studio in Dungarvan was renamed A&E Inks Tattoo and Piercing.  A&E stands for Aoife/Eabha.  My studio has been open for the last three years and I am looking forward to many more years in Dungarvan.
In March 2011 I embarked on a new adventure by opening at 30 O Connell Street. Along with C.J. Something Funky was born.
